Enter the "Kayaks on Wheels" contest that will kick off the 5th Annual "Nights in White Salmon - Art & Wine Fusion" at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2009. Teams of up to 6 people will don self-made costumes and load their self-decorated kayak in a provided wheeled cradle. Then they will pull/push is up two blocks of Jewett Blvd along a meandering blue chalk course while exhibiting their most entertaining 'style' on the course. 

Prizes will be awarded for the best team costumes, the best decorated kayak and the most 'style' on the course. Fastest time will decide ties. This contest is mostly for fun, but there will be bragging rights for every team that enters the contest. Team registration due by July 10.
